    1995年，潍坊市结合开展创建全国卫生城工作，加强了对城市环境的综合整
治。 21项城市环境综合整治定量考核指标综合得分72.51分。到年底，潍坊市市
区(奎文区、潍城区、坊子区、寒亭区)建成烟尘控制区5处，面积59.46平方公里，
烟尘控制区覆盖率达到95.9％；建成环境噪声达标区6处，面积21.64平方公里，
环境噪声达标区覆盖率达到34.9％；城区大气中总悬浮微粒和二氧化硫年日平均
值分别控制到了0.294毫克/立方米和0.138毫克/立方米；潍坊市综合污水处理厂
已开工建设，并已建成部分附属设施，共投入资金1800万元。
