    继东风街潍州路至安顺路段建成通车后，1995年11月30日，安顺路至西一环
段建成通车。 该段长1.85公里，投资800万元，由市市政公司按统一要求设计施
工。

    仓南路拓宽改建工程竣工通车
    1995年12月31日，仓南路拓宽改造工程春鸢路至市药品公司仓库段竣工通车。
该段长1160米，路面宽40米，各类地下管线、排水管道同步敷设。共计完成投资
440万元，成为城区南部东西向主干道。
