    1995年9月23日， 潍坊市城建档案馆自行研制开发的城市地下管网管理信息
系统通过了山东省科委鉴定。鉴定认为：该系统立题明确，技术方案合理，有效
地解决了城市地下管网管理工作中急待解决的“管理落后，不能及时反映现状”
的问题，达到国内领先水平，建议在中小城市推广应用。
