    1995年，潍坊市乡镇企业围绕加快由乡镇企业大市向乡镇企业强市跨越的战
略，创造性地开展工作，呈现出前所未有的好形势。到年底，乡镇企业“四个轮
子”  (乡镇办、 村办、 合作办、 个体办) 发展到231972处，安排农村劳动力
1653208人；完成总产值1291亿元，其中乡镇工业产值949.7亿元，分别比上年增
长35％和42.9％； 完成乡镇工业增加值225.9亿元，比上年增长24.8％；实现利
税114亿元， 比上年增长24.32％。全市乡镇企业累计办成“三资”企业736处，
总投资7.74亿美元； 合同利用外资2.879亿美元，实际利用外资1.4622亿美元；
完成出口交货值64.5亿元，比上年增长28.2％。
