    化工部技术改造专项工程、山东省百项技改重点项目及潍坊市重点工程--潍
坊亚星化工集团总公司年产9000吨氯化聚乙烯(CPE)生产装置于9月25日投料试车
一次成功。至此，该公司CPE年产能力达1.5万吨，居世界第二位，仅次于美国。
该项工程全套引进世界上CPE生产技术最先进的德国赫司特/伍德公司的二手装置，
是亚星集团第一个自己谈判、自己设计、自己组织施工的项目。
