    1995年5-6月间，潍坊市纺织局联合市直7部门组织了“一九九五年棉纺织操
作技术大赛” ，分梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、织布等5个工种，分别在潍棉、四
棉、二棉3个赛区举行。共有22家企业、192名职工参加比赛。通过比赛评选出10
名市“棉纺织青年操作优秀能手”，达到了交流经验、切磋技艺、互相学习、增
加友谊、共同提高的目的，掀起了一个多层次学技术、研业务、练本领、爱岗敬
业、岗位成才的活动，推动了职工队伍整体素质的提高。
