    1995年，全市水产科研与技术推广机构达到20处，中高级技术人员达85名，
开展科研与技术推广项目30多项。海水养殖推广多品种综合开发技术，亩均效益
与单一品种养殖相比，提高近2倍；淡水渔业推广高产高效和特种水产养殖技术，
全市增加产值4000万元，增产1200吨；海洋捕捞推广渔具渔法改革和新品种、新
渔场开发技术，产量、产值、效益取得同步快速增长。“梭子蟹人工育苗与养殖
技术研究”项目通过了省级鉴定；“虾池增殖沙蚕养虾试验”、“罗非鱼亩产吨
鱼养殖技术”均获山东省海洋与水产厅颁发的科研成果3等奖。
