    1994年7月1日， 国务院颁布实施《种畜禽管理条例》。1995年4月，潍坊市
畜牧局和潍坊市工商行政管理局联合下达《关于加强种畜禽场管理的通知》。10
月， 组织畜牧执法人员和技术专家对全市222处种禽场进行了鉴定验收，共验收
种禽318万套，全部颁发《种畜禽合格证》和《生产经营许可证》。
