    为保护和发展森林资源，全市各级党委、政府的主要领导及政府分管领导年
内分别建立了各自的绿化点、育苗点。全市共计建立领导绿化点774个，面积9.3
万亩； 育苗点774个，面积1.78万亩。其中市级领导绿化点3个，面积1.3万亩，
育苗点3个， 面积400亩；县级领导绿化点36个，面积7万亩，育苗点36个，面积
2700万亩；乡级领导绿化点735个，面积1万亩，育苗点735个，面积1.47万亩。
