    按照《审计法》和国务院、省政府关于本级财政预算执行情况审计监督的有
关规定，潍坊市审计机关1995年首次开展了对本级财政预算执行情况的审计，市
政府转发了市审计局《潍坊市一九九五年本级财政预算执行情况审计监督实施方
案》 ，9月29日，市政府又专门召开了本级财政审计工作会议，市长王大海作了
动员讲话，推动了这项工作的顺利开展。全市审计机关围绕全面反映预算执行情
况，促进加强财政管理，维护预算执行的法律严肃性，共审计预算执行单位25个，
审计预算执行资金27476万元，占预算执行资金总额的55％。
