    国家从1993年开始推行，潍坊市成立了“潍坊市企事业单位和社会团体统一
代码标识制度领导小组” 。到1995年底，已向全市2万多家机关、社会团体、企
事业单位颁发了“统一代码证书”，建立了覆盖全市工业、农业、商业、文教、
卫生、社会团体、党政机关的统一代码数据库。并在全市工商行政管理、民政应
用管理、国有资产管理、机动车辆管理、银行帐户管理、统计管理、技术监督管
理等工作中得到成功应用。
