    全市法院从抓培训入手，通过举办全国法院干部业余法律大学潍坊分部，加
强对法官的专业化、系统化教育培训，不断提高干警的业务素质。到年底，法律
业大潍坊分部先后培养出业大毕业生587名，其中正副院长37名，正副庭长206名，
成为全市法院的骨干力量。9月9日，在全国法律业大10年校庆之际，潍坊分部和
高密教学班分别被全国法院干部业余法律大学总校评为“先进分部”和“先进教
学班”。
