    为适应检察工作发展的需要，解决办公用房的困难，经与市冶金工业经营开
发公司协商，并分别向市政府写出了两个单位合并的请示报告，市政府以潍政办
复字［1995］65号下达了《关于对市冶金工业经营开发公司并入市检察院有关问
题的批复》，6月6日公司正式并入检察院。原公司46名在职干部职工，31名调入
市检察院，15名分别调至城郊地区检察院、奎文和潍城区检察院；固定资产有办
公楼3363.89平方米， 宿舍楼4902.91平方米，仓库用地10市亩，汽车5部和其它
物资。
