    张次宾  (1908-1992) 山东寿光市人。1938年3月参加革命工作，同年6月加
入中国共产党。历任八路军鲁东游击队第八支队政治指导员，山东省政府水利局
副局长、党组书记，省水利厅副厅长、党组副书记、书记，省农办副主任、党组
成员，省农业委员会副主任、党组成员，政协山东省第五届常务委员会委员等职。
曾当选中共七大代表。
