邮电局局长、沂山专区战时邮局局长、省邮电管理局调研室主任、徐州市邮电局
局长、青岛市邮电局局长、济南市邮电局局长，山东省南四湖区治理工程指挥部
党委书记，山东省邮电管理局副局长等职。
