    赵衍胜  山东胶南县大营村人，1937年生。1958年在胶南县机械厂参加工作，
后任潍坊市邮电局工会主席，中共党员。他自1983年任邮电局工会主席后，带领
一班人勇于探索，不断创新，加强企业的民主管理，开展技术协作和扶贫活动，
取得了突出成绩，多次受到中国邮电工会和山东省总工会的表彰。1990年获省总
工会颁发的“富民兴鲁劳动奖章”，1993年荣获全国五一劳动奖章。
