    袁文和  山东潍坊市潍城区北关东北关村人。1947年生，1967年到潍坊市潍
城区东北关棉花加工厂工作，后任潍坊市呢绒服装厂厂长，中共党员。1980年他
负责组建潍坊市呢绒服装厂时，只有41名职工、17台旧缝纫机。他迎难而上，千
方百计聘请技术人才，开发新品种，提高产品质量和档次。大力进行技术改造，
引进设备， 形成了具有国内先进水平的生产线， 创出了省优、部优多种产品。
1992年完成产值2640万元， 实现利税295.9万元，分别为建厂初期的16.3倍和21
倍。1993年他荣获全国五一劳动奖章。
