    赵光熙  山东安丘市永合村人，1945年生，初中文化程度。安丘县建筑工程
公司施工队长， 全国生产能手，中共党员。他先后5次谢绝高薪聘请和年收入万
元以上的致富门路， 一心扑在工地上。一年365天，很少休节假日，每天工作都
在12小时以上。他先后拿出4000多元献给幼儿园和困难职工。在队里实行了优化
组合、岗位计件工资制等项改革措施，全队人均完成国家定额148%，全员劳动生
产率比国家先进施工企业提高87.8%， 各项经济技术指标均达到或超过国家级先
进企业标准。1992年被授予山东省劳动模范称号，荣获全国五一劳动奖章。
