    李贤杰  山东邹平县尹家村人。1935年生，山东潍坊拖拉机厂厂长兼党委书
记。 1989年潍坊市决定将昌潍拖拉机厂和潍坊拖拉机厂合并，当时该厂三角债2
亿元、 产品积压2万台。他首先统一了领导班子的思想认识，引导职工参与企业
重大决策，做到了全方位开拓市场，开展“迎国庆，迎亚运”劳动竞赛，当年在
全国“小四轮” 拖拉机行业赢得产量、产值、质量、销售额、销售量、利润6个
第一。 泰山-12拖拉机再次夺得全国最高质量奖。1991年他荣获全国五一劳动奖
章。
