    杨淑英  女，潍坊市政协副主席、潍坊市农科所杂粮研究室副主任。山东莱
州市人。 1934年生。1956年参加工作。1956年8月-1959年9月任昌潍农校教员；
1959年9月-1981年11月任昌潍农科所技术员；1981年11月-1984年5月任昌潍农科
所经作室副主任； 1981年5月-1987年任潍坊市农科所农艺师；1984年5月任潍坊
市农科所杂粮研究室副主任； 1987年任潍坊市农科所副研究员；1993年7月任潍
坊市农科所研究员；1992年任潍坊市政协副主席。是第七、八届全国人大代表，
山东省妇联八届代表大会执委。
