    王光明  潍坊市副市长。 山东昌乐县人。1943年11月生。1967年7月参加工
作。1970年1月加入中国共产党。大学文化程度。1968年7月-1970年1月，在6057
部队农场锻炼；1970年1月-1972年12月任昌乐县乔官公社团委副书记；1972年12
月-1976年9月任昌乐县委组织部干事； 1976年9月-1978年9月任昌乐县尧沟公社
党委副书记； 1978年9月-1984年2月任昌乐县平原公社党委书记；  1984年2月-
1987年3月任中共昌乐县委书记；1987年4月-1993年3月任中共寒亭区委书记、人
大主任；1993年3月任潍坊市副市长。
