    王秀娟  女，潍坊市副市长。山东威海市人。1948年4月生。1971年1月加入
中国共产党。大专文化程度。1970年7月在威海市田村公社广播站工作。1971年3
月-1973年8月在烟台师专学习；1973年8月任省妇联秘书，1977年9月任省妇联办
公室正科级干部；1980年6月任省妇联办公室副主任；1984年任省妇联党组成员、
办公室主任；1985年2月任省委驻胜利油田整党联络组副组长；1985年9月任省妇
联办公室主任、党组成员；1988年11月任中国妇女管理干部学院山东分院副院长、
党委委员；1993年1月任潍坊市副市长。
