    李惠信  潍坊市人大常委会副主任、党组副书记。山东文登市人。1933年11
月生。 1959年9月参加工作。1979年1月加入中国共产党。1955年9月-1959年9月
在山东大学物理系上学； 1959年9月-1960年2月任山东大学教师；  1960年2月-
1962年9月为山东大学研究生； 1962年9月-1969年9月任山东大学教师；1969年9
月-1979年6月任潍坊二中、 昌潍师专教师；1979年6月-1980年8月任昌潍师专物
理系副主任、副教授；1980年8月-1983年10月任昌潍师专副校长、副教授；1983
年10月-1993年3月任潍坊市政府副市长。 1993年3月当选为潍坊市人大常委会副
主任。
