    陈光中  共潍坊市委常委、诸城市委书记。山东寿光市人。1956年11月生。
大专文化程度。1975年参加工作，先后任寿光县供销社办事员、寿光县委宣传部
干事、昌潍地区团委秘书、昌潍地委办公室秘书、潍坊市委研究室副科长、科长
等职。 1989年5月任共青团潍坊市委书记、党组书记；1991年10月任中共诸城市
委副书记、市长；1993年3月任中共诸城市委书记；1994年6月任中共潍坊市委常
委、 诸城市委书记。1994年7月被中组部选定为“全国百名人民好公仆”之一。
1995年6月被中组部授予“全国百名优秀县市委书记”称号。
