    郑金兰  女，中共潍坊市委常委、市委宣传部部长。山东青州市人。1952年
7月生。1968年10月参加工作。1973年1月加入中国共产党。1968年10月-1971年4
月任教师； 1971年5月-1973年8月在昌潍师专中文系上学；1973年8月-1984
年2月在昌潍地委宣传部工作。1984年2月-1988年8月任潍坊市文化局副局长、党
组成员；1988年8月-1992年12月任潍坊市文化局局长、党组书记；1992年12月任
中共潍坊市委常委、市委宣传部部长。1991年被授予“全国文化系统先进工作者”
荣誉称号。是中共山东省第六次代表大会代表。
