    山东景芝酒厂占地29.2万平方米，职工4000人，固定资产6000万元。年产商
品白酒5万吨， 啤酒3万吨，创利税7500多万元，是中国500家最佳经济效益企业
和全国百家最大饮料制造企业之一，并跻身于全国10大白酒厂家行列。在全国同
行业中首批晋升为国家二级企业。为适应商品经济发展的新形势，该厂于1993年
9月23日创立了山东景芝酒业股份有限公司。 将原酒厂6880万元的国有资产折为
6880万股，其中国家保留2408万股，向社会法人转让3172万股，向公司内部职工
募集1300万股。每股面值1元，按1.8元的价格溢价发行。
