    《潍坊日报》新闻大楼是潍坊市政府列入建设项目的重要工程，1992年5月8
日举行奠基仪式。新闻大楼共有12层，主楼为办公楼、附楼为印刷厂，总建筑面
积达10900平方米， 与新闻大楼相配套的职工宿舍、食堂、接待所、锅炉房、澡
塘、沿街经营房等建筑面积达9000多平方米。潍坊日报社先后筹集资金3000多万
元投入这项建设。到1994年底，整个工程已基本完成。
