    1991-1994年， 市级学术团体共举办各种学术交流活动1510次，  交流论文
12460篇；参加国际学术会议6次；邀请国外学者、专家来潍讲学、交流14次。
    自1991年市委、 市政府同意设立“优秀科技论文奖”以来，全市已进行了3
届评选， 累计评出优秀学术论文一等奖80篇， 二等奖309篇，三等奖500篇。自
1994年开始，设立了市“优秀科技建议奖”和“自然科学青年科技奖”。市农科
院刘全贵和市建筑设计院崔荣平、昌邑纺织机械厂李长明等分别获1990年、1992
年山东省自然科学青年科技奖。
