    潍坊市国际科学技术合作协会于1993年3月4日成立，这是中国国际科技合作
协会在山东省设立的第一家地方性分会。潍坊国际科技合作协会是科技外事方面
跨部门、跨行业的全市性的群众社团组织，它主要是利用中国国际科技合作协会
已成熟的工作渠道，开展“双引”、“双出”工作，为潍坊市经济建设和经济、
技术的国际化服务。
