    1992年4月18日至20日在市科委召开。 会议邀请了国家科委有关业务司、中
国专利局、 中国科技情报研究所，省科委等领导和专家100人参加了会议。市直
工业主管部门、高新技术开发区和部分大中企业负责人也出席了会议。国家科委
唐兴信副司长、潍坊市政府李惠信副市长在会上作了重要讲话。会议展出了65个
高新技术项目，有15个项目达成了合作意向。
