    1991年风筝会期间在潍城区举行。国内1500个生产厂家和部分科研单位、大
专院校的8000多人参加了大会。大会共发布科技信息1000多条，提供“短、平、
快” 项目5000多项，发放科技资料2000多份，签订技术意向书670余份。通过这
次交流大会，潍坊市30多家企业与外地科研单位建立了技术合作关系。
