    为提高普通中专的办学水平，自1991年起，国家教委组织对普通中专学校进
行评估。评估分“合格评估”、“达标评估”、“选优评估”三步进行。到1994
年底，潍坊市的普通中专(含省属驻潍的)全部达到合格标准，其中昌潍农校、山
东牧校、潍坊艺校被评为首批国家级重点中专学校。
