    1991-1994年， 潍坊商检局认真贯彻落实《商检法》及其《实施条例》，坚
持既把关又服务的方针，努力为外向型经济保驾护航，收到了明显成效。
    1991-1994年，潍坊商检局共检验进出口商品31219批，货值87.2亿元，平均
每年检验7804批， 货值21.8亿元，批次和货值平均每年递增7.25%和35.75%。其
中，1994年与1993年相比，批次和货值分别增长28.9%和46%。四年中，共检验出
口商品29872批， 货值68.67亿元， 1994年与1993年相比，批次和货值分别增长
28.96%和65.07%；检验进口商品1347批，货值18.53亿元，1994年与1993年相比，
批次和货值分别增长35.14%和45.32%。签发索赔证书142份，成功索赔金额560万
美元。自1993-1994年，共签发普惠制产地证书1220份，签证金额1160万美元。
