    1991年潍坊柴油机厂获得自营进出口权，全市自营进出口业务开始起步，当
年自营出口创汇324万美元。 随着外经贸体制改革的深化，自营进出口成为对外
贸易的主要内容。至1994年，全市自营进出口企业达到32家，贸易规模迅速膨胀。
1992年自营出口创汇420.8万美元，比1991年增长29.9%；1993年完成2003.1万美
元，比1992年增长376%；1994年完成8661.9万美元，比1993年增长332.4%。自营
出口商品覆盖全球五大洲，主要贸易对象有美国、日本、新加坡、韩国、俄罗斯、
香港等几十个国家和地区。
