    潍坊市率先实行国家烤烟40级新标准收购
    为与国际烟叶标准接轨，潍坊烟草分公司在参与制定国家烤烟40级标准的基
础上，1992年在全国率先全面推行烤烟40级标准收购及相配套的生产管理措施，
并获得成功。在推行该标准之前相比，烟叶质量有了很大提高，上等烟比例由15
%提高到35%以上。1993年，该标准的推行通过省级鉴定，并荣获省烟草系统科技
进步一等奖。
