    1991-1994年， 全市开展了梭鱼人工繁殖、虹鳟鱼海水驯化、吨鱼塘高产、利用地
下水越冬对虾、文蛤半人工采苗、对虾精养高产、雄性化罗非鱼繁育、网箱养殖罗非鱼
和建鲤高产、美国鲶引进、对虾饵料配制、偏碱性深井水孵化淡水鱼苗、海洋捕捞新技
术、利用深井水两茬早繁虹鳟鱼苗、青蛤人工育苗、天然沸石用于对虾养殖、增殖沙蚕
养虾、雄性化罗非鱼高产养殖技术等200多项科学研究和技术推广试验，有150多项获部、
省、市级一、二、三等奖。到1994年，全市已建成水产技术中学2处，设立中专班2处，
共培养各类水产专业学生近千人。
