    1992年5月，潍坊市财政拨款10.4万元，从法国引进梨木赞肉用种公牛2头，并建起
了与之相配套的牛舍、采精室、冻精制作室，添置了相应的仪器设备和饲料加工设备，
1993年春开始采精和制作冻精颗粒， 到1994年底平均每头牛年生产冻精颗粒2.2万个以
上，为全市的黄牛改良工作提供了技术物质保证。
