    潍坊市棉花地膜覆盖栽培技术1982年引进，整个80年代进展缓慢。进入90年代有突
破性发展。  1991-1994年累计推广面积346.3万亩， 占棉田面积的63%，  年推广面积
86.58万亩，  比前9年平均27.59万亩， 增加了2.14倍。覆膜栽培一般比直播亩增皮棉
7.5-15公斤，增产15-25%。其增产的主要原因：(1) 地膜覆盖能提高土壤温、湿度。适
于早播早发，延长有效结铃期，能多结桃结大桃，减少霜后花，充分发挥良种的增产潜
力。(2)能改良土壤理化性状。(3)能减轻杂草危害。
