提   案   工   作


       通过采取委员深入基层开展调查研究、市政府领导分工领办重点提案、市政协开展重点提案办理协商、督查局立项督查等方式，努力提高提案质量、办理质量和服务质量。有关养老助老、物业管理、市政建设、弱势群体救助等30多件社会关注集中的民生提案得到了有效落实。同时，通过开展优秀提案、优秀提案人和提案办理先进单位评选工作，进一步增强了职能部门单位办理提案的积极性和责任感，促进了民生问题的有效解决。
