    吴传德（1939～2009），男，山东滕州市人，1939年6月出生，1984年8月加
入中国共产党，1959年8月参加工作，1981年11月任昌潍地区农业科学研究所植
保室副主任。1984年5月任植保室主任。1986年3月任潍坊市农业科学研究所副所
长、党委委员。1994年8月任潍坊市农业科学院副院长、党委委员。1980年11月
晋升为农艺师。1987年9月晋升为副研究员。1993年6月晋升为研究员。1988～
1992年度、1993～1997年度、1998～2003年度连续三次被选拔为潍坊市专业技术
拔尖人才；1993年10月被批准享受国务院特殊津贴。1998年4月退职休养，享受
正县级待遇。2009年11月8日因病在潍坊去世，享年71岁。
