【概况】 全市教育系统利用社会资金超过10亿元，民办中小学达到105处，在校
生突破15.2万人， 占全日制中小学在校生总数的12.6%。民办幼儿园达1426处，
各类民办培训机构有730处。

【民办教育呈现出良好发展局面】大力发展民办教育，优质教育资源得到扩增。
积极发挥全市独特的政策优势和教育品牌优势，通过多种形式和途径，推进办学
体制改革，有力地推动了全市民办教育的发展，成为教育发展的新的增长点。潍
坊科技职业学院成为全省规模最大的民办高校之一。加强对民办学校的规范管理，
取缔21家不规范培训机构，限期整顿22所不规范民办学校，维护了广大家长和学
生的权益。
