    1998年2月28日，市政府召开反腐败工作会议，认真贯彻中纪委二次全会和国务院第六次反腐败
工作会议精神，回顾总结1997年政府机关反腐败工作情况，研究部署1998年工作任务。市委副书记、
市长王玉芬，市委常委、市纪委书记房忠昌分别在会上作了重要讲话，市委常委、副市长王伯祥主持
了会议。各县市区长、监察局长，市政府各部门主要负责人和纪工委书记、纪检组长(监察室主任)参
加了会议。
