樊鑫(1925-1998)  上海市崇明县人。1985年6月加入中国共产党。1949年于上海震旦大
学医学院毕业后，分配到昌潍地区人民医院工作。1953年晋升为主治医师，任外科副主
任；1966年3月调昌邑县人民医院工作，任外科副主任；1979年3月调入潍坊医学院，先
后任外科学教研室副主任、 主任、附属医院外科主任；1980年9月晋升为副教授，1988
年6月晋升为教授；1992年12月离职休养。1998年5月6日因病逝世。
