张玉梅  女， 1963年1月生，中专文化，中共党员。潍坊棉纺织厂细纱车间细纱操作指
导工。她20年如一日苦练操作技术，先后获全省和全国纺织行业操作能手。严把质量关，
年均解决疵点2500个以上， 少出白花150公斤。1993年～1998年共超产4吨多。 几年来
共培训学员50余名， 有40名达到了优一级操作水平。 1998年被评为山东省劳动模范，
1999年获全国五一劳动奖章。
