张凤云   1949年2月生，大学文化，中共党员，山东海化集团副总经理、党委副书记。
他自任职以来，积极协助总经理认真抓了企业改革和建设。针对资金紧张状况，坚持以
资本运营为重点，探索实行“倒推硬逼”管理方法，大幅度降低了生产成本。 199 8年
在消化产品降低因素3亿元的情况下， 实现利税3.1亿元， 其中利润1亿元， 同比增长
13.6%和66.1%，走在了全国同行业的前列。1989年被评为山东省劳动模范，1990年获山
东省优秀企业家称号，1999年获全国五一劳动奖章。
