    WTO的地位
    1.WTO具有法人资格。
    2.WTO每个成员方向WTO提供其履行职责时所必需的特权和豁免权。
    3.WTO官员和各成员方代表在其独立执行与WTO相关的职能时，享有每个成员方提
供的所必需的特权与豁免权。

    4. 每个成员方给予WTO的官员、  成员代表的特权与豁免权等同于联合国大会于
1947年11月21日通过的特殊机构
的特权与豁免公约所规定的特权与豁免权。
