【概况】　2016年，全市乡镇成人教育中心学校、各类职业院校、社区教育中心积极开展农民工培训，全年共培训农民工2.1万余人次。全辖高教自学考试3032人次、7303科次，非学历社会证书考试5561人次。成人高考报考4105人，硕士研究生全国统一报考2415人。1人被评为“山东省百姓学习之星”，1个项目被评为“山东省终身学习品牌项目”,垦利县入围第二批国家级农村职业教育与成人教育示范县创建单位。
