【概况】  2010年，全市有规模以上石化企业82户，原油一次加工能力2560万吨。
全年加工原油1200.3万吨；生产汽油313.6万吨、柴油359.2万吨。实现主营业务
收入1122.8亿元、 利税110亿元、利润57.4亿元，同比分别增长32.5%、49.7%和
62.1%。 主要炼化企业分布在广饶县、利津县、河口区、垦利县、东营区等，重
点炼化企业有利华益集团、垦利石化、正和集团、万通集团等。
