【农村成人教育】 2008年，完善乡镇中心成人学校办学条件,提高学校办学
水平，增强成人教育承载能力。指导、帮助成教中心有针对性地开展农村实
用技术推广，提高学校办学水平和办学效益。以东营教育电视台和乡镇成教
中心为主阵地，重点加强农民实用技术推广工作。年内培训人员8万多人次。

【自学考试】 2008年，全市高教自考报考9397人次、16164科次，中小学教师
自学考试报考430人次、660科次，46279人参加社会证书考试。有406人(含2007
年下半年236人)取得高教自考毕业证书。
