淄博市水资源有地表水和地下水。大气降水是水资源的主要补给源。全市多年平均水资源总量14.08亿立方米，多年平均地下水资源量10.17亿立方米。2020年，大型水库蓄水量1.57亿立方米，全社会用水量10.55亿立方米，增加0.25亿立方米。其中，生活用水1.71亿立方米，工业用水3.25亿立方米，农业用水4.62亿立方米，生态用水0.97亿立方米。
